Petition to Support 1% for Wildlife
Support critical funding to protect and recover Oregon’s native wildlife.
Dear Members of the Oregon Legislature,
We, the undersigned, urge you to support the 1% for Wildlife bill to secure long-term, dedicated funding to recover Oregon’s most imperiled fish, wildlife, and habitats.
As a person who recreates in Oregon, spends time in the beautiful outdoors, and contributes to Oregon’s robust tourism economy, I support an increase in the tourism tax to protect Oregon’s cherished wildlife and natural legacy.
It’s imperative that the next generation has the opportunity to enjoy Oregon’s splendor, including a thriving diversity of native wildlife.
Please support the species and habitats that make Oregon an incredible place to visit by supporting this historic bill.
